Quiet Conversations: More than a Stereotype
As a belated celebration of Pride month, we wanted to champion the queer voices in our community so we’ve invited Ellie Torp and Tom Ellis to join us in having a quiet conversation around exploring the concept of identity and how those parts of ourselves can make up a whole but shouldn’t be the box we’re defined by.
Join us on the 8th of July for an hour of interesting discussion.
It’ll be a slightly different format to normal with a few more spaces to attend than our regular meet-ups. Hope to see you there!

Quiet Confidence: Learn to be heard
'Craft a voice that's heard, even if you aren't the loudest person in the room'.
Sometimes it’s harder to stand out or jump into conversations when you’re quieter. This could be in a group of friends, or at work when you’re trying to get an idea heard in a meeting.
But it’s not always necessary to be loud or overbearing to be heard. We’ve partnered with personal impact and public speaking coach Tambo Silavwe from Insight Coaching to bring you a talk that provides tips and insights into crafting a voice that’s heard.

Coping with Quiet Anxiety
We know there are some situations that can cause anxiety for some people who are on the quieter side - perhaps it's facing an online call, attending a networking event, even speaking up at work. And this is something that can be worked on over time.
We've partnered with Jennie Lovell, a qualified hypnotherapist (training psychotherapist), coach, and fellow Introvert, to host a special 1hr webinar to talk about just this topic.
