About this Event

We know there are some situations that can cause anxiety for some people who are on the quieter side - perhaps it's facing an online call, attending a networking event, even speaking up at work. And this is something that can be worked on over time.

We've partnered with Jennie Lovell, a qualified hypnotherapist (training psychotherapist), coach, and fellow Introvert, to host a special 1hr webinar to talk about just this topic.

What to expect from this event:

  • We'll look to understand where anxiety around introversion may stem from.

  • Explore exercises based in visualisation and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) to face situations that feel overwhelming.

  • We'll work to set realistic goals and expectations.

  • And we'll be answering questions around this topic.
